Scoring Quality Gate
Some national scores are mathematically generated from reviewed source inputs but still need more evidence review. MVI shows public scores only where publication gates pass.
Source-Backed Scoring Certification
MVI does not claim impossible perfect accuracy. The standard is source-backed, auditable, reproducible scoring with clear uncertainty labels. Public scores require complete evidence packets and publication gates.
City Profile Report Cards
Search public place profiles by name, state, risk level, confidence, or review status. Rows without authorized final scores are clearly marked as provisional or pending.

The MVI score helps compare how vulnerable or resilient a place may be based on reviewed evidence. A higher score means more signs of stress or vulnerability. Not every place is in crisis. Some places may show low or moderate risk, while others may show higher vulnerability. Confidence and status labels explain how complete or reviewed the evidence is.

Score Validation
This audit validates current scored rows only. It does not create new national scores or score pending/review rows.
National Scoring Batch 003
Batch 003 stages the national pending database for scoring readiness. Scores publish only after seven-family evidence validation passes.
National Evidence Completion
The evidence completion layer tracks whether pending places have seven-family score input evidence. It does not create final MVI scores.

Download static public files used by this site. These files do not include internal-only notes or local file paths.
Methodology
The public MVI score uses a 0-100 scale. The raw/internal audit score remains on a 0-140 scale for traceability.
National Status
Full national scores are not yet available. The public database separates validated scores from readiness and review status.
